Treatment Coordinator

I have been with Dr. Chapman for almost 20 years. I started as a scheduling co-ordinator and am now his treatment co-ordinator. Working with Dr. Chapman and the staff at Chapman Smiles has been a pleasure.  At Chapman Smiles, we are family. All our staff members not only care for each other but also care greatly for our patients(most are good friends).  I look forward to more awesome times at Chapman Smiles creating beautiful smiles!

I was born in Chicago, IL and came to OR in 1962 with my family. I attended Portland State University where I met my husband John. We were married in 1971 so will be celebrating our 40th anniversary in August of this year. We have two beautiful children Kristen 35 years old just married in October, 2010. In my free time, I enjoy running, golf and travelling to our favorite place, Mexico.

Office Manager

I have worked with Dr. Chapman for 2 years and enjoy every minute. Working in Ortho is fun and rewarding.  We get to change lives here!! This team of professionals who are dedicated to changing the lives of their patients and giving them a beautiful smile is what motivates me everyday!  

I have been married to my best friend, Don, for 23 years. We have two wonderful sons, Taylor and Cody. Now, being empty-nesters we enjoy traveling, hiking, biking and hanging out with our Weimaraner, Zoe.

 

Professional Relations Coordinator

I have been in orthodontics for over 36 years.  I started my career working at the front desk, a job I thoroughly enjoyed.  After three years I decided to get my certification and start assisting. After 30 years I put my communication degree to work for Dr. Chapman.  I am now his Professional Relations Coordinator which means I get to do what I love the best, talk about orthodontics.

 No words can describe my passion for orthodontics.  I am amazed by the treatment available today versus 37 years ago.  It is a pleasure to work with Dr. Chapman because I get to represent someone who is continually educating himself and his staff and leading his field in advanced orthodontics. I am proud to say, "ChapmanSmiles is above the rest", which makes my job easy.  There is no better feeling in this world than knowing you had a part in giving someone a beautiful smile.

On the occasion that I'm not talking about orthodontics, I love spending time with my family.  I am married with 2 daughters and 1 son.  I am passionate about lacrosse, gardening, and creating new idea's.

Office Clinical Assistant

"My how time flies when you are having fun!" I help Dr. Chapman with our patients in the clinic and have been with Dr. Chapman for over 20 years! My favorite part of my job is getting to know the patients and their families. I can say without exception I enjoy coming to work everyday, because our team always has a lot of fun.

I am married to my husband Steve and have 2 sons, Chase and Tyler. I have a Golden Retriever Rowdy and a cat Princess. I also love skiing, snowmobiling, gardening, photography and I am a huge NFL fan (Go Packers).

 

Orthodontic Assistant

I have been an Orthodontic Assistant for 3 years and I absolutely love my job. I went to Linn Benton Community College where I graduated in 2009 with my focus on dental assisting. Orthodontics has always been interesting to me especially after I had my braces.

I live in Wilsonville and enjoy hunting, fishing, and making everyone laugh! I look forward to meeting you at your appointment and making sure you are comfortable and have all your questions about braces answered.

 

Orthodontic Assistant

I am one of the newest orthodontic assistants to ChapmanSmiles. I have been in the dental field for over 7 years now. And enjoys every minute of it! I love educating and making our patients feel comfortable and at ease at every visit. 

I love the laughter, inspiration and support from the love of my life, Nick. Family and friends share a very important part in my life as well! During my spare time I enjoy playing hacky sack, card making, talking walks and keeping a little bit of that country in my soul.

 

I started as a patient of Dr. Chapman's about six years ago. My experience with ChapmanSmiles has been so inspiring that I now dream of becoming an Orthodontist myself. I became a part of the ChapmanSmiles team my Junior year of high school and I have enjoyed every second of my time here. Now I am a Freshman at the University of Portland and I still love every moment in the office. Dr. Chapman has been an inspiration and a role model for me in my many years of treatment and education.

When I'm not helping out in the office or rigorously studying, I enjoy spending time with my mother and my dog Layney. 

 

Appointment Coordinator

I am fairly new to the Orthodontic Field, but I'm having a great time learning and working with the ChapmanSmiles team!  I love meeting and working with all of our patients, their siblings, and parents. 

When I'm not assisting the ChapmanSmiles team in creating new smiles, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, my boyfriend, and beautiful cat, Mushu Kitty!  I also enjoy exploring new cities, coffee shops, and especially new cupcake shops!  One of the cities that my boyfriend and I love the most is Seattle, they have the best parks and cupcake shops!

Treatment Coordinator

I started working at ChapmanSmiles as a Treatment Coordinator in early 2012. I have been in the Orthodontic field for over 20 years and I love it! It is so much fun to see these beautiful smiles and the changes that they make in our patient's lives. I am so excited to be part of the ChapmanSmiles Team and proud of the treatment that we do here! I have three grown sons that are married that I love spending time with and I live with my husband, Jorge, and two dachshunds, Lucy and Pancho.
