After you schedule your complimentary appointment, you will receive a new patient packet in the mail. It will contain information that will make your first visit go smoother.

Welcome to ChapmanSmiles! You will be greeted by one of Dr. Chapman's friendly treatment coordinators. Because we want you to feel right at home, you will get a look at the whole office as you take a tour and meet the entire staff.

At ChapmanSmiles we strive to make your first appointment comfortable and informative. We have scheduled an hour for you so please ask as many questions as you would like. Dr. Chapman's goal is to give you a clear understanding of your treatment options, and for you to feel confident in making ChapmanSmiles your choice for orthodontic treatment. 

 

At you first appointment we will:

• Welcome you and show you around the office
• Take digital photo's so you have an up close look at what Dr. Chapman is talking about. You will
  also have a copy to take home.
• Perform a comprehensive orthodontic exam.
• Explain your specific orthodontic problems.
• Go over treatment options.
• Estimate how long treatment will take.

After Dr. Chapman's exam the treatment coordinator will discuss treatment fee's with you. She will be happy to
determine insurance benefits, and to help you find a payment option that works best for you. Thank you for choosing ChapmanSmiles!
